A wonderful Villa of the XIX° century located on the top of a beautiful hill in the Chianti, just few kms from the ancient village of Certaldo . The Villa merged in careful gardens where is the design swimming pool. Moreover guests enjoy breathtaking views from Villa's windows as well as from the terraces, the gardens and the swimming pool.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

You must rent the villa in exclusive, regardless of the number of guests.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Restrictions as per Italian law.

Do you offer parking ?

Yes, just inside the property.
